The CZI Economic Outlook is an annual flagship publication, first introduced in 2020 following years of hosting the Economic Outlook Symposium. Traditionally, the symposium served as a platform to analyze fiscal and monetary policies and their implications for the business operating environment. Building on this foundation, the Confederation has expanded the initiative by translating policy developments, scenarios, and projections into practical insights. These insights highlight the key variables shaping both business and economic prospects for the year, while also examining how continental and global trends may influence the Zimbabwean economy.
